Brooklyn-based Two Trees Management Company snagged a loan extension on a $195 million commercial mortgage-backed securities note backed by J.P. Morgan International Plaza I & II, a 756,851-square-foot office complex in the Farmers Branch suburb of Dallas, Commercial Observer has learned.

IH Capital has hired veteran originator John Garth as chief risk officer. The conduit-lending shop is a joint venture between Iron Hound Management, the New York firm headed by Robert Verrone, and BNY Mellon. Garth was formerly a managing director at Pembrook Capital, where he spent the past eight years. Before that he was chief operating officer at CharterMac and senior credit officer at GMAC Commercial Mortgage.
