IH Capital, the conduit shop launched this year by Iron Hound Management and BNY Mellon, has added four staffers.
Eric Ramirez, Jake Stahler and Chris Troutman joined as originators. Ramirez previously spent four years in the large-loan group of Wells Fargo. Stahler moved over from Denver advisory firm Hospitality Real Estate Counselors, where he was a senior vice president, and before that had stints at Deutsche Bank, Property Group Partners and Gramercy Capital. Troutman previously was in the multi-family lending unit of Wells, which he joined as part of the bank’s 2008 acquisition of Wachovia.
Louis Cicerchia will start next week as a loan underwriter, following a stint at S&P. He left the rating agency during a recent round of layoffs.
Industry veterans Chuck Wolter and Ken Dickey joined IH Capital over the summer. Wolter is chief executive, and Dickey is originations chief.
Former Wachovia executive Rob Verrone founded Iron Hound in 2008.
